Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring access points, and assisting visitors, vendors, and associates with entry requirements at the location.
- Help to control access to the premises by verifying credentials, screening deliveries and/or service providers, and documenting arrivals, departures, and unusual activity.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the sales floor, stock areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to identify security-related concerns and report issues promptly.
- Support loss prevention and other security-related operations by observing customer and employee activity, maintaining accurate logs, and communicating clearly with site contacts and local responders when needed.
