As a Security Officer - Access Control Patrol in Weiner, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing excellent customer service. Your role will involve routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and assisting visitors and employees. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Provide customer service by assisting individuals with inquiries regarding access procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and client procedures.
Assist in the implementation of emergency response activities, including evacuation and/or lockdown procedures when appropriate.
Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure and orderly environment at the manufacturing and industrial location.
