You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment.
Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises in accordance with site-specific policies.
Provide customer service by assisting visitors and personnel with inquiries related to access procedures and other security-related matters.
Respond to incidents and security-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues and identify any irregularities.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including evacuations and communication with local authorities as needed.
