As an Allied Universal Security Professional specializing in access control, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling a commercial real estate location. You will interact with visitors and tenants, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to support a secure environment. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and authorizations to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential issues.
Document all activities, observations, and incidents according to company and client requirements.
Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and staff to provide information and assistance as needed.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
