You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff. Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location, including access control for staff, visitors, and deliveries.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the premises.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, coordinating with site personnel and first responders when appropriate.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site procedures.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to provide information and assistance as required.
