As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated logistics and distribution areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, manage access points, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and maintain visibility.
Document and report any unusual activity, incidents, or security-related concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.
Assist with visitor and vehicle management, verifying credentials and maintaining logs as required by site procedures.
Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support overall security-related operations within the logistics and distribution environment.
