As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas within a dynamic food and beverage location. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage access control systems to help to deter unauthorized entry to the location.
Verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting designated areas, following site-specific policies and procedures.
Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and/or vendors with access-related questions and concerns.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter to help to deter security-related incidents and identify potential concerns.
Follow emergency response procedures as appropriate, including coordinating with local authorities or site management when needed.
Document and report all access control activities, incidents, and observations according to company and client requirements.
