About The Position

Join a team that keeps critical infrastructure running strong. As a Security & Network Administrator at Jensen Infrastructure, you’ll take ownership of the systems that power our operations—balancing hands-on network administration with cybersecurity expertise. You’ll manage firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity across multiple sites, safeguard company data, and help strengthen our overall security posture. This role is ideal for a proactive IT professional who loves solving complex problems, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to make an immediate impact while continuing to grow technically.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years in network and/or security administration, ideally in a multi-site environment.
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking.
Experience configuring and securing Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
Proven troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

familiarity with OT/ICS networks
SIEM platforms (Sentinel, Splunk)
certifications such as Security+, Network+, or CCNA

Responsibilities

Maintaining and securing network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs.
Monitoring system health, applying patches, and implementing security controls across servers and endpoints.
Investigating, documenting, and resolving security incidents with a focus on continuous improvement.
Managing user access, MFA, and conditional access policies within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Supporting and optimizing LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi performance across multiple locations.
Participating in disaster recovery testing, backup validation, and infrastructure upgrades.
Leading the company’s IT Security Awareness Program.
