About The Position

Point Solutions Group is looking to add a Security Manager to our federal services team. This individual would be maintaining physical security for the site and personnel for a Command and Control engineering effort under STARCOM HQ. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a background supporting physical security for DoD locations, programs, and personnel and the ability to provide leadership and direction related to physical security. Candidates must be able to support work on-site at the customer facility in Colorado Springs, CO and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree highly preferred in a security or management related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing facility and personnel security support on SCI, SAP, or COMSEC programs
• Work experience with clearance processing, document control, physical security, including closed areas and SCIFs, and Automated Information System security.
• Demonstrated experience with security systems and databases such as JPAS, JADE, DISS, etc.
• Experience with physical security systems
• Knowledge of DoD security frameworks, procedures and regulations

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred in a security or management related field

Responsibilities

• Provides security assistance and support to maintain the security accreditation of applicable facilities, conduct personnel security actions, conduct security reviews in accordance with applicable security classification guides, maintain proper information systems security, identify and correct security issues, and comply with relevant industrial security guidance.
• Draft local procedures for implementing and administering the Personnel Security Program for STARCOM HQ
• Implement and provide security education programs and maintain security training records.
• Assist with the support of Information Operations (IO) for integration into all range of operations, planning, training, and exercise support.
