The Security Manager provides leadership and administrative management to teammates, develops, implements and coordinates the security program activities within the organization. Requirements

Completed High school Diploma or GED
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong writing communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Maintains a positive working relationship with facility management personnel
Experience in the areas of facilities maintenance, general supervision and strategy preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitors and identifies potential security and safety risks, undesirable conditions, liaising with management and overseeing general safety.
Manages a team of security officers who support security operations at client sites.
Develops and maintains plans for the effective deployment of security staff and training.
Partners with clients and others across the organization to develop and implement security standards, policies and practices
Oversee ID distribution and usage.
Conduct physical inspections (tours) of the facility
Enforces and abides by all regulations and guidelines of the facility and Tarian.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
