The Security Manager is responsible for the safety and security of all guests, employees, and visitors of the hotel. This role involves protecting all hotel assets, enforcing hotel security policies and procedures in accordance with Sonesta Hotels International corporate guidelines, and ensuring full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The Security Manager also performs hotel security functions, including fire prevention, safety checks, investigation, and resolution of guest and employee complaints regarding safety and security matters. As a Manager, this position also assists with managing the security officers in the department.
