About The Position

Guard-Systems, Inc. offers a full range of security services including consulting, investigations, concierge services, strike force operations, security surveys, vulnerability assessments and other security related programs. We are seeking a detail-oriented Security Logistics Coordinator to manage the secure movement of goods and personnel. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of logistical operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety and security protocol are met.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Have a clean criminal record
A drug screening is required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Guard Card
20 Hour Basic Security Training Certificate

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor the secure transport and delivery of [Assets/Goods/Personnel].
Develop and implement security logistics plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct risk assessments for transport routes and logistical hubs.
Maintain real-time tracking of shipments and provide regular status updates.
Collaborate with internal security teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation and security regulations.
Prepare detailed reports on logistical activities, security incidents, and operational efficiency.
