Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or vendors by following site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at the retail location.
Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or merchandise as directed by post orders and client guidelines, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Monitor entry and exit points, help to deter unauthorized access, and support loss prevention and other security-related operations through attentive observation and professional interaction.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting hazards, suspicious behavior, and/or operational issues for follow-up.
