Requirements

In order to be considered for this role you are required to be in pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor's or Master's throughout your internship.
Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, and be entering their senior year during the internship, with a strong interest in security operations.
Proficiency in security tools are essential, and familiarity with cloud security is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing security environment.

Nice To Haves

Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Assisting with Security Operations: Engage in daily security operations tasks such as monitoring systems, incident response, and analyzing security alerts to protect our systems.
Supporting DevSecOps: You will help with securing applications through code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and the implementation of security best practices to strengthen overall defenses.
Contributing to Security Architecture, Identity, & GRC: You will participate in evaluating security policies and procedures, assist in risk assessments and supporting compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to security standards, while contributing to identity and access management efforts.
Assisting with Security Solutions Engineering: You’ll assist in the design and implementation of secure systems, contributing to the use and management of security solutions, and collaborate on projects aimed at addressing potential security risks.
Supporting Cybersecurity Project Management (PMO): You’ll assist with the planning, tracking, and coordination of enterprise‑wide security initiatives. This includes supporting project governance, stakeholder communications, risk and dependency tracking, and helping translate technical efforts into executive‑ready updates.
