About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Nighttime Security / Houseman to join our hotel team. This position plays an important role in ensuring guest safety, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overnight hotel operations.

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to walk, stand, and perform light physical tasks throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

• Prior hotel, security, or housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel hallways and parking lots to ensure guest safety and property security
• Monitor hotel grounds during overnight hours
• Assist the front desk with guest requests, including delivering items to guest rooms
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in common areas
• Respond to minor guest concerns and report issues to management or front desk staff
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests
• Perform other related duties as needed during the overnight shift
