Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
• Must be willing and able to work outside for extended periods in various weather elements.
• Must be comfortable with wildlife that inhabits the property (ex. Deer, Fox, raccoons, possums, etc...)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Flexible availability for extended shifts if client needs dictate.
• All candidates must pass a mandatory background check
• Required to attend an in-person orientation prior to being scheduled for any shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional security presence at assigned client sites
• Patrol premises, monitor access points, and report safety or security concerns
• Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports via Belfry Software
• Respond to emergencies and enforce site policies and procedures
• Maintain communication with clients, supervisors, and fellow officers
• Follow all company and site-specific security protocols
