As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with the public, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation. Requirements

Must have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A guard card or license is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or breaches of policy.
Report and document any incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
Communicate and collaborate with other team members and site personnel to maintain awareness of ongoing activities and/or potential concerns within the government environment.
Support Allied Universal leadership by following post orders and participating in training and/or drills as required.
