Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Willingness to complete Flagger Certification (provided at no cost)

Nice To Haves

• Prior security or traffic experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently manage traffic and parking operations
• Conduct interior patrols and building checks as required
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, visitors, and clients
• Maintain strong situational awareness and attention to detail while on duty
