About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is conducting open interviews for Full-Time Unarmed Security Officers to support a high-profile client site in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. This is a local security position ideal for candidates with experience in security, law enforcement, corrections, or military service. Local applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a high-visibility environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: Security or private security, Law enforcement or police, Corrections or detention, Military or government security
• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to use mobile devices and electronic reporting systems
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must pass background check and FBI fingerprinting
• Willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual candidates preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide unarmed security services at a client facility
• Conduct foot patrols and monitor access points
• Perform access control and visitor screening
• Observe, report, and respond to incidents
• Maintain situational awareness and a professional presence
• Complete daily activity and incident reports using Belfry Software
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients
• Follow all post orders, security procedures, and confidentiality requirements
