Requirements
- Experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- The ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Patrol the property and monitor security systems to detect and prevent incidents.
- Respond to emergencies, alarms, and other security-related situations.
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
- Work closely with other departments to address safety concerns.
- Complete security reports and maintain accurate records.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
