As an unarmed patrol officer supporting commercial real estate locations, you will help maintain a welcoming environment through routine patrols, visible presence, and clear communication with tenants, visitors, and property teams. This is a driving post, so you will use a company vehicle to巡查 assigned areas, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver customer service with integrity. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, tenants, vendors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor for suspicious or unusual activity, property damage, maintenance concerns, and/or unauthorized access, and report findings per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access control, disturbances, and/or medical incidents as directed by post orders.
• Document patrols, incidents, and tenant or visitor interactions in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate updates to site management and Allied Universal leadership as required.
