As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading retail location, you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service. This is a primarily driving post, where you will play a key role in supporting a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
This is primarily a driving post.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining order within the retail location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft, unauthorized access, and/or other security-related concerns.
Document observations, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
Collaborate with store management and staff to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed within the retail setting.
Remain visible and approachable to provide a welcoming presence while helping to deter disruptive behavior.
