As a Security Guard - Unarmed Patrol in Casa Grande, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, observe and report unusual activity, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors while providing customer service. Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to site leadership and/or Allied Universal leadership per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns for reporting.
• Monitor access points and conduct basic access control duties such as verifying identification, directing visitors, and documenting entries and exits in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activity, incidents, and observations using written logs and/or electronic reporting systems.
