Join Allied Universal at a high-profile aero and defense location as an unarmed Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts and/or responders, and deliver customer service that reflects our agile, reliable, and innovative approach. You will work as part of a caring, people-first team that acts with integrity.

Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card and/or security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying onsite leadership and/or emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or suspicious conditions.
• Support access control operations by verifying identification, managing visitor entry and/or vehicle access, issuing temporary badges when directed, and documenting access activity per site policy.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems when assigned, and complete detailed reports for incidents, patrols, and notable events per post orders.
