As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy food and beverage location, you will conduct routine foot patrols, monitor access points, and support badge and visitor control while staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and provide strong customer service to employees and guests. Requirements
- Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate contacts and documenting actions taken.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including production-adjacent spaces, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors, following visitor management and delivery receiving protocols.
- Complete required reports and logs such as incident reports, patrol activity reports, and shift pass-downs, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
