As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned transportation locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting with security-related matters, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or property damage in and around the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or incident reports as required by site procedures.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address security-related needs and provide assistance to employees, visitors, and passengers as needed.
• Remain alert to surroundings and any changes in the environment throughout the shift, adapting patrol routes as necessary.
