As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a leading tech-driven location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. Your role involves conducting routine patrols and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within a technology-oriented environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
Observe and report any suspicious behaviors or situations in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while representing Allied Universal.
Follow all established procedures for access control, visitor management, and property protection relevant to a tech and media location.
Support emergency preparedness and response activities as directed by site leadership.
