You'll conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. As this is a driving post, you will be responsible for utilizing a company vehicle while performing your duties. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or other concerns to Allied Universal management as required.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to employees, visitors, and/or guests within the location.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required by site-specific guidelines.
Support security-related operations during special events or critical situations as directed by Allied Universal leadership.
