As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents within a residential community. You will conduct regular driving patrols throughout the location, remain visible to help create a secure environment, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to residents and visitors. This position requires a valid driver's license as you will be responsible for driving during your patrols. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and residents by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the residential location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter inappropriate or suspicious activity.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or incidents as required by Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with on-site staff and residents to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain accurate records and logs of patrols, incidents, and other relevant activities at the residential location.
