As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to those on site. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and tenants, and contribute to a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling using a company vehicle as part of your daily responsibilities. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR or first aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter security-related incidents and report any unusual activity.
Communicate and collaborate with property management and Allied Universal supervisors regarding incidents, maintenance issues, or concerns related to the well-being of occupants and the property.
Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and patrols as required by site protocols.
Remain visible and approachable to tenants, visitors, and staff, providing assistance and information as needed.
