Job Description As a Security Guard - Petrochemical Patrol Driver in Palmyra, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling a chemical and petrochemical location. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

1 year Security Experience
Driver's License for 12 months with good driving history
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for chemical and petrochemical environments.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards.
Monitor access points and assist in controlling entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site requirements.
Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or security-related concerns to management and/or appropriate authorities.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
Participate in site-specific training and ongoing professional development to remain knowledgeable about protocols relevant to chemical and petrochemical operations.
