As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible and approachable. Your presence will contribute to a secure environment, and you will excel at providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. This position requires driving as part of your responsibilities, reflecting our commitment to agility, reliability, and teamwork.

Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.
Monitor premises and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues as observed during patrols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees to assist with inquiries and provide directions as needed.
Document and report security-related incidents and/or occurrences according to company and client protocols.
Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and site representatives to maintain a professional presence at the location.
