Job Description As a Security Guard - Patrol Driver Full-Time in Ashville, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service. This position requires a valid driver's license, as driving is part of your responsibilities. You will be part of a team that values reliability, innovation, and integrity, while making a positive impact on the people and environments you serve.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and along its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity or potential issues.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of incidents, activities, and any observations made during patrols.
Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as required by site protocols.
Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and information, helping to foster a welcoming environment while supporting security-related procedures.
