As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and media location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the site. Your role will involve monitoring access points, assisting with badge procedures, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. Requirements

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Document and report any incidents, observations, or maintenance issues according to Allied Universal protocols.
Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with directions and information as needed while maintaining a security-related presence.
Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address concerns and maintain a secure environment within the tech, media, and telecom setting.
