As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a Tech, Media, and Telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver standout customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license and compliance with AU Driver Policy Requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, lab, and/or production areas, including exterior grounds and perimeter routes, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or irregular conditions.
• Monitor access control points, verify identification and/or authorization for entry, manage visitor check-in, and maintain accurate logs according to location requirements.
• Observe and report security-related events using written reports and/or digital tools, including documenting patrol findings, incidents, alarms, and follow-up actions.
