Job Description As a Security Guard - NYS License Patrol Rounds in Brooklyn, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a dynamic tech, media, and/or telecom location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence that helps to reduce security-related incidents while delivering strong customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech and/or media location. Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices, common areas, loading areas, and the exterior perimeter, noting hazards, unsecured doors, and unusual activity that could help to deter unwanted behavior. Control access at designated entry points by checking identification and/or credentials, monitoring visitor sign-in, and directing deliveries to approved areas per post orders. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed. Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation, and communicate observations to site management and the Allied Universal chain of command. Minimum Requirements: A New York State Security Guard License is required. A minimum of 1 year of security experience is required. Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Applicants must be 21+ years of age. X-Ray screening experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Requirements

• A New York State Security Guard License is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of security experience is required.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
