As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet staff and visitors, support access points, and communicate clearly to help keep operations running smoothly. Requirements

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, clients, and visitors at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site contacts and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of the lobby, offices, corridors, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and ATM areas as assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, assisting with entry procedures, visitor management, and/or line control as required by site policy.
• Complete timely security-related reports and logs such as incident documentation, patrol activity, and shift handoff notes in accordance with site requirements.
