As an Allied Universal Security Professional in an access control role at a food and beverage location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will remain visible to guests and staff while providing outstanding customer service, embracing teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach in all interactions.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures and following site-specific policies at the location.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to the facility.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business and surrounding perimeter to help to deter prohibited activities.
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related incidents and observations.
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or vendors while upholding Allied Universal standards.
