As a Security Guard - Mall Perimeter Patrol in Elmont, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with visitors and tenants, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when necessary. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when required, providing assistance and information as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences encountered during patrols. Support a welcoming environment by offering assistance and directions to customers and employees as needed. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
