As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor for suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, or other security-related incidents within the retail environment.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and site procedures.
Assist customers, employees, and visitors with directions and general information as needed.
Work collaboratively with store staff and management to support a secure and welcoming environment.
Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols while remaining alert to changing conditions in the retail setting.
