Job Description As a Security Guard - Mall Patrol Driver in Whitehall, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will interact with the public, deliver outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly while upholding our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards within the location.
Assist visitors and employees with directions and general inquiries to enhance their experience at the retail location.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.
