As a Security Guard - Mall Customer Service Patrol in Brooklyn, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a retail environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter undesirable activity and promote a welcoming environment. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Assist visitors, customers, and employees with directions and general inquiries to support a positive experience at the location. Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site staff to address security-related concerns and support daily operations. Minimum Requirements: A Guard Card or security-related license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Requirements

A Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
