Job Description As a Security Guard - Industrial Patrol Full-Time in Toledo, OR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, providing outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly with team members and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or potential hazards.
Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents, hazards, or other relevant matters.
Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with directions and information as needed while maintaining access control procedures.
Complete required documentation and/or incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
