As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will be visible throughout the site, support a secure environment, and communicate clearly with visitors and staff, all while upholding our values of agility, reliability, innovation, and teamwork.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor the manufacturing and industrial location for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to site protocols.
Communicate with site staff and visitors in a professional manner while supporting security-related objectives.
Document observations and incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
Support access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
