As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will provide outstanding customer service, assist visitors and staff, and communicate clearly and professionally. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

A guard card or license is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with any security-related needs that arise.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to established procedures.
Collaborate with facility staff and law enforcement as needed to support a secure environment for all individuals on site.
