As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech and telecom locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will also interact with employees and visitors, deliver outstanding customer service, and respond to incidents as needed. This role requires a valid driver's license in the state. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and observe for any suspicious activity or persons around the location.
Document incidents and observations according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
Communicate clearly with team members, site leadership, and/or emergency responders as required.
Assist visitors and employees with questions or directions while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
