As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic tech and media environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact regularly with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment for employees and visitors.
Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry and exit to the premises as required by site procedures.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats to the appropriate personnel.
Work closely with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to address security-related concerns and support a positive workplace experience.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any actions taken during patrols.
Adapt to changing work environments and conditions as required by the specific needs of the location.
