As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and teammates, document observations, and respond to service and incident needs with professionalism. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $22.05 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Requirements

• Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a healthcare location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions.
• Monitor and control access through designated entrances, verify identification and/or visitor authorization as required, and direct guests to appropriate check-in areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site policy.
• Prepare detailed reports of patrol activities, incidents, and irregular conditions, and communicate relevant information to on-site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
