Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR or first aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting residents, guests, and staff as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report on any security-related issues or unusual circumstances encountered during patrols.
Maintain clear and professional communication with residents, visitors, and property management.
Follow all Allied Universal protocols and client-specific guidelines while on duty at the residential location.
