As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the community. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will interact with residents and visitors, providing outstanding customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity in every interaction.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or property damage within the location.
Assist residents and visitors with inquiries and/or directions as needed, maintaining a professional and approachable presence.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and property staff to address security-related concerns and/or emergencies.
Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance needs observed during patrols.
